Our Planet Live in Concert presents highlights from the ground-breaking 8-part David Attenborough narrated Netflix original series released in April 2019. Spectacular natural world footage, featuring some of the greatest wildlife spectacles on earth, is accompanied by live orchestral music. Our Planet Live in Concert truly is an event:
The Our Planet footage, shot in stunning 4k using the latest in camera technology, will be showcased on a giant screen. Alongside the incredible cinematography of Our Planet, a live orchestra will perform Steven Price’s powerful and moving musical score. Additionally, the atmospheric lighting will fully immerse the audience in the show, no matter where you are sitting. Audiences will ultimately feel like they are fully taken into the wonders of earth’s wildlife and their habitats.

Our Planet Live in Concert is a compilation of the greatest moments of the series telling the story of the one home we all share. The show will feature some of the best moments from all eight episodes in the Netflix series. From the remote Arctic wilderness and mysterious deep oceans to the vast landscapes of Africa and jungles of South America. In total, the duration of the show will be approximately 120 minutes.

The Our Planet series has a magnificent soundtrack composed by Academy Award®-winning composer Steven Price. The best excerpts from the soundtrack are performed LIVE by a 44-piece symphony orchestra. The orchestra is conducted by Robert Ames, alongside the incredible footage shown on the big screen. Additionally, Steven Price will also make a special live appearance in the show.

The event will be presented in its original language (English), narrated on screen by the world-renowned broadcaster and naturalist, David Attenborough. In addition, the on-screen video footage will include subtitles in the local language.

Yes, the musicians need a little breather. About 1 hour into the show, there will be a 20-minute intermission. After that, the second part of the show will last for another 60 minutes.
